Thank you for supporting our small handmade shop! Please take a moment to read our refund and shipping policies before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please double-check your order before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by either:

Sending a replacement, or

Offering a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in process and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages During Shipping
Claims Assistance:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
Compensation Notice:
Please note that compensation from the shipping provider may not fully cover the item’s value, but we’ll assist you in receiving the maximum amount allowed.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us (for example, due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed at the post office), and we receive it in good condition, we can reship it to you.
We’ll send you a link to pay only the shipping cost for the second delivery.
🔔 Important: We do not offer refunds for returned packages that are not claimed within 1 month of being returned to us. After that period, the package will be considered void.
