Welcome! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders with love and care.

It is very important to track your packages regularly to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
Once your tracking status shows that the package has arrived in your country, we highly recommend contacting your local post office for updates or to arrange pickup (especially if no delivery attempt has been made).

Packaging

All orders are securely packed to ensure your items arrive safely. We primarily use yellow bubble mailers for lightweight and delicate items, but rest assured, every order comes with a tracking number, no matter what type of packaging we use.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via PHLPost Registered mail, which includes:

Tracking number (shared via email)
Signature upon delivery (for most international packages)

If no one is available to receive the package, it will be held at your nearest post office for pickup. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and reshipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–10 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
We're a small student-run business (currently in college 📚), so thank you for understanding if it takes us a little extra time to drop off your package during busy school weeks!

Europe: 14–45 days
Asia: 7–20 days

Shipping time may vary depending on your location and your country’s customs processing.

Customs & Import Fees

Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes that may be applied in your country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive tracking updates via email through BigCartel, so please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder just in case). You can track your order anytime using the number provided.
